Reinforced tubes

As an expert in extrusion and braiding, PLASTUB, an ISO 9001-certified subsidiary of the OMERIN Group, designs and manufactures a complete range of reinforced tubes:

• The SILITUBE® range of silicone elastomer extruded tubes with reinforcing braiding
• The STARFLEX® range of thermoplastic or special polymer extruded tubes with reinforcing braiding
• The TUBOL® range of thermoplastic and special polymer extruded tubes, with or without reinforcing braiding.

Reinforced hoses offer numerous advantages: flexible, food-grade, resistance to pressure and temperature, high resistance to aggressive fluids, alcohols and acids, excellent resistance to corrosion and ageing, resistance to hydrocarbons and gas. They are mainly used to transport food-grade liquids, alcohols, acids, steam, drinking water and pressurised liquids that are chemically aggressive. In addition to its offer of standard products, PLASTUB also designs made-to-measure products for specific applications. The OMERIN Group also designs a complete range of hoses with connectors for sanitary, heating, solar and industrial applications.
